  3. Receive confirmation within 24 hours of submission whether your stay is accepted

  4. Submit payment to complete booking (confirmation email will include instructions)

NOTE: Price of your stay will be the amount noted in Airbnb (nightly stay, cleaning fee, taxes, and if applicable pet fee), excluding the Airbnb service fee.

For Mid-Term and Long-Term properties:

Please complete inquiry form to indicate your desired stay. We will contact you to discuss availability and process to rent the home (including touring the home, submitting an application, signing the lease, etc.)
